摘要
目的 :探讨减少术后胆汁丢失的有效方法。方法 :采用回输型胆道 T管 ,于术中将回输管通过奥迪氏括约肌插入小肠 ,术后将 T管引流的胆汁从回输管中回输至小肠中。结果 :4 2例患者通过本法成功地完成了胆汁回输 ,术后患者消化功能的恢复 ,肌体机能康复均明显优于对照组。结论 :回输型胆道 T管应用于胆道探查术后 ,可以有效地避免胆汁丢失 ,维护术后水电解质平衡 。
Objective:[WT5BZ]To explore an effective method of reduce the bill loss after operation on bill tract.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]the retrival T-tube were used in the operative Patients, Put the retrival tube in small intestine,then,retrive the bill from the T tube to the small intestine.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]42 cases were retrived bill after operation successfully.The postoperative recovery proceduce of the exerimental patients wave better than those of the contrastive patients.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Application of the retrival T tube can avoid the bill loss effetivly after explore on bill tract, maintain the postoperative balace of the water and electrlyte metabolism,promote the patients recovery after surgery.
