摘要
2011年,我国大小校车事故不断见诸报端。两年后,有关校车违规的新闻仍时有报道。通过梳理我国校车发展现状、存在问题及原因,集合欧美国家先进经验,从保护儿童角度出发进行分析,为中国校车的发展找出一条路,使校车真正为孩子们安全上下学保驾护航。
School bus accidents were constant headlines in 2011. Two years later, people can still come across news about the violations of school bus. By teasing out the status quo, existing problems and reasons of the development of school bus, the paper learns from advanced experience in Europe and the US. and, based on an analysis of the protection of children, discovers a development direction for China＇s school buses to make the school bus a really safe vehicle to convey children to and from school.
