摘要
目的 :探讨围产期合并恙虫病误诊的原因 ,提高恙虫病的诊断率。方法 :对 10例误诊的围产期合并恙虫病进行回顾性分析。结果 :10例分别误诊为上呼吸道感染、支气管肺炎等 5种疾病。结论 :对该病只有详细询问病史 ,仔细检查焦痂 ,结合外斐氏 OXK凝集反应 ,全面分析 。
Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ] Investigate the diagnostic error cause the tsutsugamushi disease in perinatal to inprove diagnostic right rate of tsutsugamushi disease.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ] 10 cases of the tsutsugamushi disease in perinatal were analysed retrospecfively.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ] 10 cases respectively were diaghosticed wrong of five kinds of disease such as the upper respivatory tract infection and bronchial pneumonia and so on.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] Only by detail history,careful physical examination of eschars,Weil Felix reaction and complete analysis,diagnostic error is able to be avoided.
