摘要
目的 :总结 1995年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月素高捷疗软膏在小儿颜面部深 度烧伤创面上的应用。方法 :随机应用 10 % SD- Ag混悬液的小儿颜面部烧伤病人作对照 ,两组病人平均年龄、烧伤面积、深度无显著差异 ,用药方式均以暴露疗法。结果 :素高捷疗组疗效显著 ,缩短愈合时间 ,疤痕少且轻微 ,致畸率低。结论 :素高捷疗软膏是治疗小儿颜面部深
Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ] To Summarize the application of Solcoseryl Jelly on infant with second degree burn wound in face from Jan.1995 to Jan.2000.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The control group administered SD Ag suspension of 10% randomly.There are no differences in average age,burn area and burn degree of the two groups.And the drugs are all administered by exposure therapy.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The group treated by Solcoseryl Jelly is obvious in curative effect with short healing time,little and slight scar and the low teratogenic rate.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Solcoseryl jelly is a good external drug for treating the infant patients with second degree burn wound in face. [WT5HZ]
