摘要
采用比较教育法理论,通过随机抽样选取样本,收集澳门各高校公布的课程内容作为研究数据,在课程结构、课程内容和课程维度等方面对澳门各高校旅游专业学士课程设置进行比较。通过分析得出澳门高等旅游教育中的课程设置严谨科学、专业范畴明确清晰,澳门本土特色凸显,国际化程度高,但课程形式尚不完整,实践课程不足、职业道德等通识教育仍显薄弱、国际化程度仍需进一步整体提升。在比较分析的基础上提出促进澳门高校旅游管理学士课程建设的一些建议,以供内地高校借鉴和参考。
This study adopts the theory of comparative education methodology and collects related course contents published by different colleges of Macao through random sampling. The differences on course structure, course cat egory and course dimension of the Tourism Bachelor of universities in Macao are compared. Findings of the analysis prove that course of higher tourism education in Macao are scientific, clearly categorized and highly international ized with Macao local characteristics. But forms of curriculum are singular, the practical courses is weak and gener al education of professional ethics is less developed, and internationalization remains to be further ascension as a whole. Based on the findings of the study, recommendations are made with the purpose of improving the higher tourism education in bachelor of the two regions,with reference for colleges and universities in minland.
