摘要
"VBSE虚拟商业社会环境"实训平台依靠由"基本规则"到"管理理论与策略"的知识体系递进,借助"操作、逻辑、理论、应用"四个方面的培养层级,通过科学的应用模式、技术架构和教学设计,依托完整的实训教学环节,从根本上提高实践教学质量,整体提高学生综合素质,拓展并提升学生的职业能力,培养学生综合能力,建立崭新教学模式,提高师资队伍水平。
Relying on the knowledge system ranging from ＂basic rules＂ to ＂management theories and practices＂, the training platform of ＂virtual business social environment （VBSE）＂ moves forward progressively. With the four training ladders of ＂operation, logics, theol,, and application＂, and through scientific mode of application, techni cal architecture and instructional design, as well as on the basis of complete practical training, VBSE fundamentally improves the quality of teaching practices, enhances students＇overall qualities, expands and enhances their profes sional competence, and fosters their comprehensive abilities. Apart from that, it also helps establish a brand new teaching modle to improve teachers＂ skills.
