摘要
目的 :总结在胆道再次手术时肝门胆管显露的各种要点和方法 ,包括刮吸解剖法的应用经验。方法 :在 10 6例胆道再次手术中显露肝门胆管时综合使用了各种方法 ,包括刮吸解剖法的应用来完成手术。结果 :10 6例均成功显露肝门胆管 ,完成手术。结论
Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To summarize the main points and methods of the exposure of hepatic portal duct in re operation of biliary tract,including anatomical curettement and absorptive methods.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Various methods were performed to expose hepatic portal duct in 106 cases of re operation of biliary tract,as well as anatomical curettement and absorpitve methods.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]All hepatic portal ducts in 106 cases were successfully exposed,with the operations performed perfectly.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Integrated application of various methods redound to exposure of hepatic portal duct in re operatiion of biliary tract. [WT5HZ]
