摘要
目的探讨复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术的围术期护理方法。方法 100例(100眼)复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术。术前对患者加强心理护理,做好充分的术前准备,指导患者手术前后采取正确的体位,术后加强病情观察,及时发现和处理并发症,并做好出院指导。随访6个月。结果 100例患者,术后6个月视网膜完全复位90例(90%),部分复位6例(6%),未复位4例(4%),总有效率为96%。结论玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的一种有效的手术方式,加强围术期护理是保障手术成功的重要措施。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade for complicated retinal detachment. Methods One hundred patients （100 eyes）with complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitreetomy and silicone oil tamponade. Preoperative psychological care, adequate preoperative preparation, preoperative guidance of correct position, postoperative observation, timely detection and treatment of complications, and hospital discharge guidance were performed in all patients. Patients were followed up for 6 months.Re^alts Among the 100 patients, complete retinal reattachment was achieved in 90 （90%）, partial reattachment in 6（6%）,but reattachment in 4（4%）.The total effective rate was 96%.Concision Vitrectomy com- bined with silicone oil tamponade is an effective treatment for complicated retinal detachment. The strengthening of perioperative nursing care is an important guarantee for the success of operation.
