摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司炼油厂800 kt/a连续催化重整装置的腐蚀调查,对装置中H2S,HCl和NH3造成碳钢设备腐蚀以及NH4Cl和NH4HS引起铵盐垢下结晶腐蚀的来源、腐蚀原因及机理进行了详细的分析,并提出了加设原料过滤器(ME-109/ME-110)除杂质;增设串联高温脱氯罐(R102/B);在易发生内漏的换热器(E-104)处增设旁路;预加氢反应后部加入缓蚀剂连续水洗,控制氢气中Cl-的含量;预加氢冷却器使用镍磷镀材料;汽提塔系统增设大副线;扩大局部弯头;建立在线腐蚀监测技术;加强加热炉烟气低温露点腐蚀的监测等相应的防腐蚀措施,使预处理系统的腐蚀势头得到了控制。
The corrosion in the 800,000 TPY continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit in the refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company was investigated. The sources, causes and mechanisms of corrosion of carbon steel equipment by H2S, HC1 and NH3 and ammonium salt under- deposit crystallization corrosion by NH4Cl and NH4HS were analyzed in detail. Corresponding corrosion protection measures were recommended such as addition of ME109/ME- 110 to remove impurities, installation of high -temperature dechlorination tank, addition of bypass in heat exchanger E -104, addition of corrosion inhibitor continuous water washing downstream of pre - treatment of CCR, control of C1 - in hydrogen, application of phosphorus and nickel plating to protect coolers in pre - hydrotreating unit, installation of by - pass in stripper system and expansion of local elbows, provision of on - line corrosion detection system, strengthened monitoring of low - temperature dew - point corrosion of flue gas of furnaces. The corrosion of the pre - treating system has been brought under control.
