摘要
研究红茴香茎部甲醇部位的化学成分。运用HP-20、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、高效制备液相等分离技术,对甲醇部位进行分离纯化,通过质谱(MS)、波谱数据分析(1H,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。从甲醇部位分离5个化合物,分别鉴定为苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),4-羟基-苯乙醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯丙醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),3-甲氧基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-苯甲酸甲酯(4),4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-苯甲酸甲酯(5)。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of the methanol portion of the stem of Illicium henryi. The methanol portion was isolated and purified by HP-20, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucida- ted by MS and spectral data(^1H, ^13C-NMR). Five compounds were isolated from the methanol portion and identified as benzyloxy-l-O- β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4-hydroxy-phenethyl alcohol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) , 3-methoxyl-4-hydroxyl-phenpropanol-O-β-D-glu- copyranoside (3), 3-methoxyl-4-O-]3-D-glucopyranosyloxy-benzoic acid methyl ester (4), and 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-benzoic acid methyl ester(S). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
