摘要
为了研究电火花毛化7075铝合金工艺,采用铜电极在电火花成型机上对7075铝合金板进行电火花毛化正交试验,研究电火花的峰值电流ie、脉冲宽度ti和脉冲间隔t0三个试验因子对毛化表面形貌(粗糙度Ra、凹坑直径D和单位长度凹坑数Pe)的影响。结果表明,峰值电流和脉冲宽度是影响7075铝合金毛化表面形貌的主要因素,而脉冲间隔对毛化表面质量影响不大。
To study the texturing process of 7075 Aluminum alloy by EDM, the orthogonal texturing experiment of 7075 aluminum alloy sheets was conducted with the copper bar on the EDM focusing on the influence of three experimental factors (peak discharge current ie , pulse duration ti and pulse off time to ) on the textured surface morphology ( roughness aver-age Ra, pits diameter D and the number of pits per unit length Pe ). The peak discharge cur-rent and pulse duration are the main factors which affect the textured surface morphology of 7075 aluminum alloys, but the pulse off time has little influence.
