摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜和力学性能测试,研究了铝-钛-硼细化剂对6082铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铝-钛-硼细化剂中TiAl3、TiB2等活性质点的形状和数量直接影响着铝合金晶粒的细化效果;Ti元素在铝-钛-硼细化剂中的存在形式对细化效果的影响要大于其含量的影响;采用某铝-钛-硼细化剂细化后的铸锭挤压的6082-T6铝合金方管,其抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和韦氏硬度分别达到346 N/mm2、327 N/mm2、14.8%、15.7 HW。
Effect of Al-Ti-B grain refiner on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy was studied by metallographic tests, SEM, and mechanical tests. The re-sults showed that the shape and number of TiAl3 and TiB2, the active points in Al-Ti-B grain refiner, directly affected the aluminum grain refinement, the existence form of Ti in grain re-finement had greater influence than the content of Ti. Tensile strength, yield strength, elonga-tion and vickers hardness of the 6082-T6 aluminum alloy square tube extruded after refine-ment by some kind of Al-Ti-B reached 346 N/mm^2 ,327N/mm^2, 14.8% and 15.7HW, re-spectively.
