年龄因素对婴幼儿七氟醚麻醉时BIS值的影响 被引量：1

摘要 BIS值是多变量综合指标,它是对脑电图信号的频率、功率、相位和谐波进行综合处理,而得到的双频谱变量.小儿脑发育尚未成熟,突触不断生成,不同年龄脑电图（EEG）各不相同,不同麻醉深度BIS值变化也有一定差异.研究表明,学龄前和学龄儿童七氟醚麻醉时BIS值不随年龄的变化而变化[1-2],而对婴幼儿的情况,尚不清楚.本研究拟评价年龄因素对婴幼儿七氟醚麻醉时BIS值的影响,为临床提供参考.
