介绍TDN-128B型短纤倍捻机的主要机构特点和使用中应注意的问题。概述了TDN-128B型短纤倍捻机的主要技术规格和结构特点,介绍了该设备应用过程中锭速、工艺张力、卷绕交叉角、捻度和捻向的调整原则及方法,列出了该设备加工不同产品的生产工艺和质量,并说明了该设备的接头操作和维护保养方法。实践证明:TDN-128B型短纤倍捻机机构简单合理,便于保养和维修,工艺参数设置、调整方便,产品质量较好。认为该设备适用于小批量、多品种的生产。
The main performance of TDN-128B short fiber two-for-one twister and problems in application were in- troduced. Main technology specification and structural perfol^nance of TDN-128B short fiber two-for-one twister were summarized. Adjustment principle and method of the equipment were introduced including spindle speed,tension,wind- ing cross angle, twist and twist direction. Production processing parameter and quality in producing different products were introduced. Joint operation and maintenance were explained. The practice shows that the mechanism of TDN-128B short fiber two-for-one twister is simple, it is convenient to maintain and repair. The processing parameter selection is easy,the product quality is better. It is considered that the two-for-one twister can be used to produce smaller quantity and more varieties.
