机织滤布对脱硫污水过滤性能的研究

摘要 探讨机织滤布对脱硫污水的过滤性能。分析了6种机织滤布的基本结构参数和过滤机理。通过机织滤布对脱硫污水的处理试验,测试了过滤前后脱硫污水中氯离子含量、硫化物含量、硫酸盐含量、钙离子总数、氨氮含量、重金属离子含量以及化学需氧量的变化情况,从而对比了6种滤布的过滤性能。试验表明:丙纶滤布对脱硫污水的过滤效果优于涤纶滤布;不同的滤布对脱硫污水中的不同离子有不同的过滤效果;滤布的经纬密度、厚度和滤布的透气性对滤布过滤性能有一定影响。认为应根据脱硫污水的处理需要合理选择滤布。 Filtration performance of woven filter cloth to desulfurization wastewater was researched. Basic structure parameter and filtration principle of six kinds of woven fabric were analyzed. Through treatment test of woven filter cloth to desulfurization wastewater,a series of change situations before and after filtration to desulfurizatiou wastewater were tested,including chloride ion content, sulphide content, sulfate content, total calcium ions, ammonia-nitrogen content, heavy metal ion content, changes of chemical oxygen demand, then six kinds of woven fabric filtration performances were contrasted. The test shows that fihration effect of polypropylene filter cloth to desulfurization wastewater is better than that of polyester filter cloth. The filtration effect of different filter cloth to different ions in desulfurization wastewater is different. Filtration effect of filter cloth was effeeted by warp and weft density,thickness and air permeability. It is con- sidered that filter cloth should be selected rationally according to desulfurization wastewater treatment demand.
