摘要
以TMS320LF2407型数字信号处理器(DSP)为主控芯片,完成了电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS)平台的搭建。实现了参数检测、信息显示、安全报警和电池荷电状态(SOC)估计等主要功能。然后通过Matlab仿真研究了不同算法与不同模型的估计精度。最后通过搭建的试验平台,对磷酸铁锂电池组进行模拟工况试验,得到电池SOC估算值误差在5%以内。验证了试验平台与软件系统的可靠性、电池模型与估计算法的正确性。
Using digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320LF'2407 as the main chip,the electric vehicle battery manage- ment system(BMS) platform structures is completed.A parameter detection, information display, security alarm and the battery state of charge(SOC) estimation and other major functions are achieved.Then through Matlab simulation of different algorithms t^d different models estimation accuracy is researched.Finally, a test platform for the simulation of lithium iron phosphate battery groups working condition test is built, the battery SOC estimation error is less than 5%. The reliability of this test platform software system, battery model and estimation algorithm are verified.
