摘要 分析了绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的特点及其在电动汽车电机控制器中的应用情况,根据电动汽车对IGBT的需求,给出了计算IGBT模块功耗和温度的实用方法。为提高IGBT模块功耗和温度计算的准确性,通过分析温度、电压、电流、门极电阻和端子电阻等对模块功耗及温度计算的影响,推导出IGBT模块功耗和温度计算的实用公式,并在100 kVA电机控制器上进行试验验证。试验结果与计算结果较为吻合,由此验证了该计算方法和公式的正确性与实用性。 The characteristics of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) and its applications in the electric vehicle motor controller are analyzed.According to the requirements of the IGBT in the electric vehicles, this article gives the applicable method to calculate the IGBT module's power consumption and its temperature.In order to increase the accuracy of the calculation, by analyzing the influences from temperature, voltage, current, gate-level resistors and ter- minal resistors on the calculation, the passage generates the formula to calculate the IGBT module's power consump- tion and its temperature.The calculation method and formula are tested and verified on the 100 kVA motor controller, and the test result agrees with the calculation result, therefore ,the accuracy and the practicality of the calculation method and formula are confirmed.
