摘要
移动搜索用户行为研究是移动互联网和搜索引擎技术领域的研究热点之一,而Web日志挖掘是理解用户行为模式、发现用户使用规律的主要方法。文章在对国内外相关研究进行系统梳理和归纳总结的基础上,综述了基于日志挖掘的移动搜索用户行为研究的最新进展,主要包括:移动搜索的概念和研究方法;基于日志挖掘的移动搜索用户行为研究流程、主要特征指标、技术方法、主要实证研究结果;对比分析了不同移动搜索用户行为特征的异同点等。
The research on mobile search user behavior is one of the research hotpots both in the field of mobile internet and search engine technology. Web log mining is the main way to understand the pattern of user behavior and discover the using law of user. Based on systematically combing and summarizing the relevant researches at home and abroad, this paper reviews the latest progress in the study of mobile search user behavior based on log mining, including： the concept and research methods of mobile search; the research process, main characteristic index, research methods and main empirical results of the research on mobile search user behavior based on log mining; and the comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of behavior characteristics between different mobile search users.
