组合钢模板体系在许多重大工程中得到大量应用,已成为施工单位必不可少的施工工具。结合组合钢模板体系的应用现状,深入介绍了《组合钢模板技术规范》旧版本中存在的主要问题,包括组合钢模板板面尺寸小、拼缝多的问题,钢模板和钢管的钢材材质问题,钢模板制作质量问题,钢模板、脚手架维修和报废的问题,钢模板、脚手架施工应用问题以及施工安全问题,并详细介绍了新版规范的修订内容及应用效果。
Composite steel formwork system is applied in many projects, which has become absolutely necessary construction tool for construction company. Based on the application status of composite steel formwork system, this paper thoroughly introduces the main problems for the old edition of Technical specification for composite steel formwork, including small formwork and many butt seams for composite steel formwork,steel material of steel formwork and steel pipe, manufacturing quality of steel formwork, maintenance, scrap and construction application of steel formwork and scaffold, construction safety, introduces in detail revised contents of the new standard, application effect.
