摘要
分析了SF双层油罐的结构特点,对SF双层油罐的FRP外壳和微小夹层做了合理的假设和简化。针对双层罐的复合结构,选择了分离式有限元模型,并确定了载荷以及单元划分。针对加油站使用较为广泛的30m3油罐进行了结构强度的有限元分析,结果表明:钢制内壳承担了油罐的大部分载荷,同时油罐的危险区域在砼鞍座底部外侧边的罐内壁上;微小夹层除在鞍座位置外几乎不承担载荷;FRP外壳在鞍座尖角处出现应力集中现象,此处出现破损的可能性比较大。通过对SF双层罐结构强度的分析,为SF双层罐的设计和安装提供了一定的指导依据。
This paper analyzes the structural features of the double-wall S&F oil tank,and it makes reasonable assumptions and simplifications of the FRP outer tank and the minute interlayer of double-wall S&F oil tank.For the composite structure of the double-wall tank,the discrete finite element model is selected,and the loads and unit set-out are determined.The finite element analysis of the structural strength is done by selecting a 30m3tank which is widely used at the gas stations.And the results indicate that the steel inner tank is subjected to most of the load of the tank;and the dangerous area of the tank lies in the inner wall attached to the bottom of the concrete saddle;the minute interlayer is almost not subjected the load except for the saddle position; stress concentration of the FRP outer tank appears in the saddle and this is the place where damage ismost likely to occur.Through analysis on the structural strength of the double-wall S&F oil tank,the paper provides some guidance for the design and installation of double-wall S&F tank.
