摘要
采用漂染一浴助剂染煮效HK-1236和耐双氧水的KYR系列红、黄、蓝、翠蓝活性染料,对纯棉针织物进行漂染一浴一步法工艺染色。文中阐述大生产过程中的浅粉、浅黄、浅蓝和浅翠蓝四个颜色的染色工艺,并与传统的双活性基活性染料漂染二步法工艺进行比较,结果表明,二者染色效果基本相当,能够满足生产要求,且新工艺可节约成本达532元,并降低了水耗和能耗。
One-bath one-step beaching and dyeing process of cotton knits is carried out with one bath agent HK-1236 and Reac- tive KYR Dyes of Red, Yellow, Blue and Turquoise Blue with good stability to hydrogen peroxide. The dyeing processes in col- ors of light pink, light yellow, light blue and light turquoise blue are listed and compared with the traditional two-step bleaching and dyeing process with bifunctional reactive dyes. It is found that the novel one step process can achieve the same dyeing re- sults as those of the two-step process, and the former features cost saving by 532 RMB, shortened time and energy saving.
