摘要
药品作为治病救人的特殊商品,在医疗机构其零售价格受到广大患者高度关注,应接受到政府严格监管。针对当前药品流通领域存在的价格虚高、秩序混乱等问题,通过对药品购销价格政策的现状、存在问题进行分析,比较目前国内各地有代表性的医疗机构药品购销模式,探究其主要成因,特别是价格管制政策对药价虚高的影响,提出目前实行药品集中配送的购销思路与实施办法,缓解"看病贵"困局,进一步推动医药卫生体制改革。
Drug is special commodity to treat patients,its retail price in medical institution attracts more attention from more patients,and the government should strictly supervise the drug retail price.In order to cope with the problem of high price and sequence disorder in present drug circulation field,the main causes are explored through analyzing present situation and existing problem of drug price vendition policy,and comparing the typical drug vendition pattern of the present internal medical institution,especially the impact on virtual height of drug price from price controlling policy.Thought and measures are proposed for the implementation of practicing drug converquence dispatching at present,to relieve the predicament of high cost of getting medical service,and make further efforts on promotion of the health system reform.
