摘要
集装箱码头运输车辆的水平运输模式对集装箱船舶装载效率和在港停泊时间至关重要。"一拖双挂"的运输模式与国内目前的半挂车运输模式相比,在提高设备效率、减少操作人员、实现节能减排等方面具有明显优势。宁波港港吉码头结合自身的道路、堆场、码头面等通行情况,2010年上半年在限定区域的集装箱水平运输中应用了"一拖双挂"运输模式。该模式从技术及工艺上优化了车辆技术性能,配备了较为完善的安全保护装置,形成了系统的安全操作规范,完成了对节能减排与经济效益分析的各类数据统计等工作。
