摘要
马来西亚华人在推动中国对马公共外交绩效的功能角色主要有:扮演中马文化交流的信使和中国外交理念及国家形象的代言人,成为架起中马双边经济合作的桥梁。不过,马来西亚华人在中国对马公共外交方面也存在一些客观制约因素:如华人群体对南海等涉及两国核心利益的刚性矛盾的无能为力、其政治及社会影响力受到种族意识的干扰、对"中国"法统问题存在认知差异以及马华社会长期出现的分裂现象等问题。
The roles Malaysian Chinese play in the promotion of China 's public diplomacy to Malaysia are as follows: play as the messenger of cultural exchange and representatives of foreign ideas and state image,building up the bridge for China and Malaysia in the bilateral economic cooperation. However, there are some limitations and restrictive factors for Malaysian Chinese in China's public diplomacy to Malaysia objectively,such as Malaysian Chinese hardly make a difference to such rigid contradiction as South China sea issue which involves core interests of the two countries; their political and social influence are disturbed by racial consciousness; cognitive differences to ' China' legal foundation of the domination problems; Malaysian Chinese society has chronically appeared division phenomenon and so on.
