摘要
运用测试、比较及数理统计等研究方法,从有氧训练、无氧训练和力量训练3个方面对我国优秀男子划艇运动员的体能展开研究。结果显示:1)我国优秀男子划艇运动员的相对最大功率与国外优秀划艇运动员相差不大;2)相对平均功率与功率下降率明显低于国外优秀划艇运动员;3)力量训练中不同力量指标呈非均衡化特征,且身体不同部位的肌力呈左右非对称性。结论:在身体机能训练中优先改善运动员的功率下降率,即保持长时间、高功率的能力是关键;力量训练重在全面和稳定,同时还应关注身体不同部位的肌力训练。
The study used the methods of testing, comparison and mathematical statistics to analyze the physical training for Chinese top male canoe athletes from 3 aspects, that is, anaerobic training, aerobic training and strength training. The findings indicate that 1 ) there was no significant difference in relative maximum power between Chinese athletes and foreign ones; 2 ) relative average power and power droop rate were significantly lower than those of the top athletes in foreign countries; 3 ) non-balance of different strength indexes was found in strength training; and left-right asymmetry of muscle strength in different parts of the body was also found. The study draws the conclusions that the improvement of power droop rate should be firstly taken into account in strength training, that is to say, it is key to long keep a high power. Comprehensive development and stability should be focused upon; in the meanwhile muscle strength training of different parts of the body should also be highlighted.
