摘要
运用系统工程、流程化管理、ISO 9001质量管理体系国际标准和软件工程的理论与方法,描述竞赛组织技术规范的流程化表述方式和基于技术规范的大型体育赛事竞赛组织管理体系文件结构框架。在此基础上构建基于技术规范的大型体育赛事竞赛组织管理信息系统的逻辑模型,包括业务流程模型、数据流模型和知识管理模型。将技术规范的内容固化为系统的知识库,应用知识管理技术对技术规范进行图形化管理,实现大型体育赛事竞赛组织管理活动的优化、系统化和规范化。
The study used the theories and methods of systems engineering, process management, ISO 9001 quality management standard and software engineering to describe the structure of technical specifications of competition organizing in major sport events. On this basis the logic system model was constructed for the management information system of competition organizing of major sport events, including business flow model, dada flow model and knowledge management model. In addition, technical specifications were formed to be knowledge database and maintained in graphic ways, thus an optimized, systematic and regulated competition organizing management of major sport events was achieved.
