摘要
近年来，积极发展风险投资促进我国高新技术产业发展已成为各界共识。但在具体运作中，风险投资资金来源单一，偏重于政府投入。本文从风险投资的特点及国内外现实条件着手，阐述构建我国民间资本为主体的风险投资体系的必要性及其现实障碍，进而提出若干政策设想。
Recently it has become common understarding to develop actively risk investment in order to promote the development of high and new technical industry in our country. But in concrete operation, the fund source of risk investment is unitary and come from governmental input mainly. This article starts from the characteristics of risk investment and actual condition home and abroad to state the necessity of constructing risk investment system with nongovernmental capital as main part in our country and its actual obstructions, and suggest some policy assumes furthermore.
