摘要
新时期基础地质调查需求深度和广度增加,服务生态文明、惠及民生方面的需求与日俱增,地质科技需求层次不断提升,地质调查需求区域差异凸显。地质调查资金投入总量稳步增长,投入结构进一步优化;地质调查人员投入方面,2006-2012年从事地质调查的人数在增加,直接投入项目的人员数和直接投入低地调技术的人员数占总人数的比例有下降趋势。未来一个时期,地质调查工作将面临深化改革,适时调整;面对强劲需求,地质调查经费应保持稳定;随着领域拓展,地质调查服务民生作用将凸显;地质调查项目分类管理机制亟需建立。
This paper first analyses the situation of geological survey work. In the new era, requirements in depth and width of the fundamental geology survey have increased. The demand for the service of ecological civilization and beneifts to the people＆#39;s livelihood is growing with each passing day. And the hierarchy of needs of geological science and technology continues to rise. At the same time, regional differences of geological survey demand are highlighted.Total capital investment in geological surveys goes up steadily, and investment structure has been further improved. As for personnel investment, the number of people engaged in geological survey in 2006-2012 was on the rise. And yet, both the number of staff in projects and the technology of geological survey directly havebeen on a declining trend in the proportion of the total. And then, this paper points out that in the future, a deepening reform and timely adjustment must be made in geological survey work.In the face of strong demand, geological survey funds should be remained stable. With the expansion, the service of geological survey to the livelihood of the people will be prominent. In addition, geological survey project classiifcation management mechanism needs to be established.
