摘要
目的：观察针灸配合正骨手法治疗面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位的临床效果。方法：96例面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各48例，治疗组采用针灸加正骨手法治疗，对照组用针灸治疗，观察两组效果。结果：治疗组治愈率为62.5%，对照组治愈率为31.25%，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用针灸加正骨手法治疗面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位效果良好，安全可靠。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with massage treating facial neural paralysis with cervical dislocation. Methods：96 cases of facial paralysis with cervical dislocation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 48 cases, treat-ment group were treated with acupuncture and massage, control group with acupuncture therapy, to observe the effects of two groups. Results：The cure rate of treatment group was 62.5%, and control group was 31.25%, the curative effects of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Effects of Acupuncture and massage treating facial neural paralysis with cervical dislocation are good, safe and reliable.
