摘要
目的：观察股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后康复训练应用中医康复疗法的效果。方法：200例股骨粗隆间骨折患者按入院顺序分为研究组和对照组各100例，分别予中医康复训练及常规康复训练，对比两组患者术后康复护理效果。结果：研究组各时间点髋关节Harris评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组术后并发症发生率为8%，显著低于对照组的26%（P〈0.05）。结论：中医康复疗法应用于股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后康复护理效果显著，可有效减少并发症，提高整体治疗效果。
Objective：To observe the effects in Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy applied in postoperative rehabilitation training of femoral in-tertrochanteric fracture. Methods：200 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 100 cases, respectively with Chinese medicine and routine rehabilitation training, the nursing effects of postoperative rehabilitation be-tween the two groups were compared. Results：Harris score of hip joint in study group at each time point were significantly higher than those in con-trol group （P〈0.05）;the incidence of postoperative complications in study group was 8%, significantly lower than that in control group by 26%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：There are significant nursing effects of postoperative rehabilitation in Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy applied in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, which can effectively reduce the complications and improve the overall treatment effects.
