摘要 目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将90例脑卒中患者随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组(40例),所有患者均进行常规治疗,并早期行功能锻炼,研究组则在此基础上采用经颅直流电刺激治疗,观察两组患者肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:经颅直流电刺激能有效促进脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复。 Objective:To investigate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on motor function of stroke patients recovering. Methods:90 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into study group (50 cases) and control group (40 cases), all the patients received conventional treat-ment and early functional exercise, based on which study group treated with transcranial direct current stimulation, to observe the improvement in ex-tremity motor function and action capacity of daily living between the two groups. Results:After the treatment, FMA score and Barthel index of study group were both higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Transcranial direct current stimulation can effectively accelerate the motor function of stroke patients recovering.
