摘要
目的：探讨针灸、推拿结合康复治疗在人工全膝关节置换术围手术期中的应用效果。方法：将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），两组患者均行人工全膝关节置换术，并在围术期进行康复治疗，治疗组则在此基础上在围术期进行针灸、推拿治疗，观察两组患者HSS膝关节评分的变化情况。结果：治疗组术后2周、4周、12周的HSS评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：膝骨关节炎行人工全膝关节置换术围手术期进行针灸、推拿结合康复治疗可以促进膝关节功能康复，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the application effects of acupuncture, massage combined with rehabilitation treating artificial total knee arthroplas-ty during perioperative period. Methods：60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, both adopted artificial total knee arthroplasty and rehabilitation therapy of perioperative period, treatment group on the basis of which adopted acupuncture and massage therapy during perioperative period, to observe the changes of HSS knee score between the two groups. Results：HSS knee score of treatment group was higher than that of control group after postoperative 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 12 weeks （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupunc-ture, massage combined with rehabilitation treating artificial total knee arthroplasty of perioperative period on knee osteoarthritis can promote the functional rehabilitation of knee joint, and reduce pain of patients, being worthy of clinical popularization and application.
