摘要
企业家是生产力的第一组织力 ,资源的优化配置只有通过企业家才能实现。中国经济在 2 0多年改革之后 ,市场经济体制难以建立的根本原因在于 :缺乏一个企业家人力资本市场化配置制度。因此尽快建立企业家人力资本市场化配置制度成为当务之急。
Entrepreneurs are the first organizing force of productive, though which can improving the distribution of resources be realized really. After 20 years revolution, the reason why it is hard to set up market-oriented institution completely boils down to a lack of market-oriented institution of entrepreneur resources so ,to set up a proper institution is being a pressing task.
