摘要
目的探讨高场强术中核磁共振手术间的护理管理措施。方法从检查前患者、手术室工作人员、保洁人员、仪器设备、手术中物品管理及特殊物品的清洁与保养等方面,总结了高场强术中核磁共振手术间的护理管理要点。结果医护人员和患者均无意外发生,物品未发生吸入磁体的现象。所有手术及核磁共振检查均顺利进行。结论精心护理和有效管理是保证患者手术安全和检查顺利进行的关键。
Objective To explore the operation management methods of the application of nuclear magnetic resonance system in neurosurgery.Methods The nursing safety management in high field intra-operative magnetic resonance imaging was summarized from patients before scanning,medical and cleaning staff in the operating room,instruments and equipments,cleaning and maintenance of special goods. Results Patients were asked and checked carefully before scanning according to the security checklist. The effective nursing management ensured the patients＇ safety and operation＇ success.Conclusion Effective nursing and safety management may contribute to the safety and success in the operation.
