摘要
目的了解乳糜血报废的原因，探讨其解决途径，避免不合格血液采集，合理利用血液资源。方法对2009年1月1日至2012年12月31日采集血液因乳糜血报废进行统计分析。结果乳糜血的报废总量有逐年增长的趋势，且男性的乳糜血发生率显著高于女性。结论采取有效措施，节约血液资源。
The purpose of this study is to find out the reason of scrap chylemia and to explore its solutions to avoid the collect of invalid blood samples and make good uses of the blood resource.The blood samples of scrap chylemia collected from the year 2009 to 2012 in Langfang Blood Station have been analyzed in great detail.The result shows that the amount of scrape chylemia has been increased yearly.What＇s more,the male donors are more likely to have chylemia than the female donors.Thus more effective measures should e taken to save the blood resources.
