摘要
目的观察龙珠软膏应用于大小便失禁老年患者会阴及臀部皮肤的疗效。方法将126例入院时会阴及臀部皮肤完好，大小便失禁老年患者分为观察组和对照组，各63例。对照组使用爽身粉，观察组使用龙珠软膏，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论龙珠软膏应用于大小便失禁老年患者会阴及臀部皮肤，能有效预防红肿、湿疹。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Pearl ointment on urine incontinence in elderly patients with hip skin of perineum and application.Methods 126 cases of hospitalized perineum and buttock skin intact,incontinence and elderly patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,63 cases were treated with Longzhu ointment users,63 cases were treated with talcum powder.Comparing the results of two groups,the observation group was better than that of the control group. The differences had statistically significant （P 〈 0.005）.Conclusion The application of urine incontinence Longzhu ointment pro- tectelderly patients with pfrineum and buttock skin can effectively prevent redness,swelling occurred and eczema.
