摘要
本文提出一种贻贝中某些元素的粉末压片X射线荧光测定法。以纤维素粉稀释水系沉积物标准参考物(GSD)作为校准标准。贻贝中元素测定方法的相对偏差,Mn、Ca和Sr为5—11%,而Zn、Mg和K<5%。此外还用本法分析了其他一些标准参考物,如桃叶(82301)、茶树叶(85501)、茶叶(85601)及日本贻贝(NIES No6),获得满意结果。
A X-ray fluorescence method is described for determining some elements in mussel reference sample (86-701), using powder-pressed pellets. A Rigaku 3070E model XRF spectrometer is used. Determination of all elements are performed using a Rh target X-ray tube. Standard reference materials of river sediments GSD (1-8) diluted with cellulose (1:9) are used as calibration standards. Ascompared with values of standard and reference samples, the results are satisfactory.
