摘要
改革开放以来,新疆城乡居民绝对收入差距呈逐年递增态势,城乡居民相对收入差距呈波动上升态势,受资源、气候、地理位置等因素影响,地区间城乡居民收入差距呈现较大差异性,因此提出加快提高农村人口素质,加大对"三农"的支持力度等对策建议。
Since the reform and opening up,the absolute income gap between urban and rural residents in Xinjiang Province has increased year by year,the relative income gap between urban and rural residents has risen in wave trend .As the factors such as resources,climate,geographical position and so on,the income gap between urban and rural residents regions in Xin-jiang appears bigger difference.Thus we put forward to the suggestions of speeding up the rural population quality,strengthe-ning the support of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.
