急性脑梗死动脉溶栓术后血压控制的护理 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死时间窗内动脉溶栓术后血压控制的护理效果。方法:通过对多种影响患者血压波动的因素进行总结,制定一套有针对性的控制血压措施,对42例急性脑梗死溶栓患者术后血压进行控制性护理。结果:本组42例患者动脉溶栓操作顺利,12例患者在术后短期出现血压升高,1例出现低血压。经过精心护理,最终所有患者血压在正常的范围内,临床症状明显好转后出院。结论:从多个角度对动脉溶栓术后患者血压进行护理,不仅可以使缺血脑组织能够得到足够的血供,促进脑功能恢复,同时也减少了并发症,缩短了患者住院时间。
