Objective:To analyze the relationship among cell adhesion facator、high sensitivity C-reactive protein、homocysteinein and low density lipoprotein cholesterol、high density lipoprotein cholesterol、triglycerides. Methods: We determined TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、hs-CRP、E-selection levels of 112 patients and 62 control group. Results :ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、hs-CRP、E-selection levels with hypercholesterlemia were statistically significantly higher than the hypertriglyceridemia (P〈0.001)and control group(P〈0.001);Comparison of subjects with hypertriglyceridemia with the subjects in the control group did not yield a significance difference in terms of ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、E-selection,but hs-CRP value was higher(P〈0.001).Pearson's correlation analysis revealed that LDL-C levels were correlated with ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、hs-CRP、E-selection in the whole study group;TG levels were not correlated with ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、E-selection;HDL-C levels were a negative correlation with ICAM-1、VCAM-1、Hcy、hs-CRP、E-selection.Conclusion:The increase of Hcy、E-selection、VCAM-1、ICAM-1、 hs-CRP in hypercholesterlemia reflects their high cardiovascular risk, compared with hypertriglyceridemiaand the control group.
