摘要
介绍了螺旋输送机的基本结构及工作特性,针对其在PVC干燥工艺中存在的问题进行了改进:更换了稍大功率的电动机,改变了破碎段叶片形状,缩短了阻气段距离。改造后,降低了螺旋输送机的故障频次和备件消耗,取得了良好的效果。
The basic structure and working performances of screw conveyors were introduced. Ac- cording to the problems existed during their application in PVC drying process, improvements are made, i.e. replacing the motor with a higher-powder one, changing the shape of blades at crushing stage, and shortening the distance of choker part. After improvements, the fault frequency and the consumption of spare parts were reduced, and thus good results were achieved.
