摘要
:本研究将 15例择期手术的胃癌病人随机分成三组。A组对照组 ,B组穴位照射组 ,C组非穴位照射组。B、C两组于围术期行氦氖激光照射治疗。通过检测血清免疫球蛋白、补体、SIL - 2R ,以及与手术应激反应强度相关激素皮质醇和胰高糖素。综合分析各项指标的测定结果 ,评价围术期行激光穴位照射对胃癌病人免疫功能的影响。结果显示对胃癌病人围术期行氦氖激光照射足三里、三阴交两对穴位。能让病人手术应激反应为中等强度 ,病人术后免疫功能不被抑制 。
patients of gastric cancer were randomly divided into three groups.A group:control group;B group:acupoint irradiating group;C group:Non acupoint irradiating group,patients in B and C group irradiated with He-Ne laser during perioperation.Examined the blood contents of corticosteroid and coglucagon,observed the levels of operative stress reaction in three groups.Combining the results of immunoglobulin,comlements and SIL 2R that monitored at the same time,comprehensive evaluated the effect on immunity function of gastric cancer patients by He-Ne laser acupoint irradiating.The results shows that irradiated two pairs of acupoint (Sanyin jiao and Zusanli)can lead the levels operative stress reaction of gastric carcinoma patients to medium,don not restrain postoperative immunite function and moreover can enhance the function of humoral immunity.
