摘要
在有关ICP基础理论的研究中,不少作者报道了ICP对局部热平衡态(LTE)的偏离,主要依据是:在ICP中存在着T_e>T_(ion)>T_(exc);离子谱线强度高于LTE值及玻兹曼原子线图不呈直线等。有些作者甚至认为正是由于ICP对LTE的偏离,才使得其中的离子谱线异常灵敏,有利于分析应用。而也有些作者则把ICP看作处于近LTE态或部分LTE态。本文通过实验研究了造成ICP偏离LTE的因素及其对分析谱线强度的影响。
The deviation from Local Thermaldynamic Equilibrium (LTE) in ICP has been studied under several different operating conditions.
It has been found that the LTE-deviation is largely dependent on the operating conditions such as the injection gas flow, the observation zone. Through changement of operating conditions in improving energy transfer process LTE can be obtained. In this caes, the excitation temperature and the emission intensity of analytical lines are higher than that in the case of non-LTE and are consequently favorable to analytical applications.
