在护理本科生中开展病人安全教育的实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在护理专业本科生中开展病人安全教育的意义。方法通过专题讲授、学生分组讨论、角色扮演等形式,开设《护理与病人安全》选修课程,并对选修的112名护理学专业学生进行问卷调查。结果开课前学生对病人安全的知识了解很少,其中有24%的学生未听说"病人安全"这一概念;课程结束后学生除护士被HBsAg阳性病人使用针头扎伤时的职业防护措施、医疗差错事故发生的原因、不良事件分级之外,其他题目的回答正确率都在50%以上。结论开设《护理与病人安全》课程对培养高素质护理人才具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the significance of developing patient safety education in nursing undergraduates. Methods Elective course "Nursing Care and Patient Safety" was set up through special topic lecture, group discussion and role playing. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 112 students who joined the course. Results Before delivering the course, the students understood little about the knowledge on patient safety,24% of them did not even hear the concept of "patient safety". After completion of the course, the correct answers to the questions were above 50%, except that concerning occupational protective measure, the reasons of medical errors and the classification of untoward events. Conclusion Setting up curriculum of "Nursing Care and Patient Safety" is of great significance in cultivating high-quality nursing professionals.
