摘要
目的探讨脑电图(EEG)检查在小儿病毒性脑炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取台州市中心医院2012年1月至2013年1月收治的34例病毒性脑炎患儿进行EEG检查,并与脑脊液(CSF)、头颅CT等检查结果进行比较。结果EEG异常率为88.24%,显著高于头颅CT和CSF检查,差异均具有统计学意义(X^2=7.80,6.72,P〈0.05);高龄组(〉3岁)患儿EEG异常率为94.74%,显著高于低龄组(〈3岁)的80.00%(X^2=6.82);组发病时间为1~3d和4—7d的异常率分别为29.41%和44.18%,均显著高于组的8.82和29.41%6(X^2值分别为7.80、7.54,P〈0.05)。结论EEG对病毒性脑炎具有较好的敏感性,且变化早于脑脊液,具有较好的临床诊断价值,值得临床进一步应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of electroencephalogram (EEG) examination in diagnosis of children with viral encephalitis. Methods Thirty-four children with viral encephalitis in Taizhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected, and they underwent EEG examination. EEG results were compared with the results of eerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and cranial CT examination. Results EEG abnormality rate was 88.24% , which was significantly higher than cranial CT and CSF examination, and the differences were statistically significant (X^2 value was 7.80 and 6.72, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ). In elderly group ( 〉3 years) EEG abnormalities rate was 94. 74%, which was significantly higher than that of younger group ( 〈 3 years) (80.00%) (X^2 =6.82, P 〈0.05). The abnormal rate of onset at 1-3d and 4-7d in EEG group was 29.41% and 44.18%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of CSF group (8.82%, 29.41% ) (X^2 value was 7.80 and 7.54, respectively, both P 〈 0.05). Conclusion EEG is more sensitive to viral encephalitis, and it changes earlier than eerebrospinal fluid with better diagnostic value. It is worth to be further promoted and applied in clinics.
