摘要
基于稳健设计和稳健优化设计原理 ,提出了平面尺寸链稳健性基本概念。通过对平面尺寸链设计质量和各种干扰因素的综合分析 ,提出了一种稳健优化设计数学建模方法 ,并给出了工程设计实例。这是实用和有效的新方法。
In this paper the basic concepts of the robustness of plane dimension chain is put forward on the basis of engineering robust design principle. Based on the analysis of the design quality of plane dimension chain and the disturbing factors in design, a method for establishing the robust optimal design model is presented. A practical design example is given. It shows that this new method is practical and effective
