摘要
薄壁管复合载荷实验是研究材料在一般应力状态下力学属性的有效手段。本文以 Hill非二次屈服准则以及塑性增量理论为基础 ,给出了薄壁管复合载荷 (拉扭、拉胀 )下应变增量的数值解法 ,分析了 Hill非二次屈服准则的次数 (m值 )对计算结果的影响。通过与解析解的对比以及简单加载下的实验验证 ,本文的算法正确、有效。
The experiments of thin-walled tubes subjected to combined stresses are very useful for the study of material constitutive relations. In this paper, based on Hill new plastic yield criteria, a new numerical approach for the calculations of strain increment is proposed. Meanwhile, influences of value m on calculating results are discussed. Comparison of numerical results with analytical ones and uniaxial tension verification show that our numerical approach is accurate and effective.
