钾盐对梗丝燃烧行为的影响研究 被引量:4

The Effects of Burning Behavior of Tobacco Stem with Adding Potassium

摘要 梗丝是卷烟配方中一个重要的组成部分,研究其燃烧行为对降低卷烟危害有极其重要的意义。试验通过研究不同的钾盐对梗丝燃烧后焦油、粒相物释放量的变化,并分析其对燃烧温度、烟气组成和燃烧后灰分形貌的变化,在此基础上,进一步分析钾盐对梗丝燃烧行为的影响。研究结果表明,钾盐(柠檬酸钾、酒石酸钾和乳酸钾)能显著的降低其最大燃烧温度,并在添加量为3%时,其焦油和粒相物释放量降低了66.1%和71.7%,最大燃烧温度降低27%,燃烧生产物中烯酮类化合物含量提高;结合SEM、DTA分析发现,添加钾盐后的梗丝燃烧大部分只在梗丝表面进行,其T m2放热峰温度提高到了555℃~568℃。 The cut tobacco stem is one of most important part of tobacco. In this paper, four different kinds of potassium salts were added into the cut tobacco stem, and their effects on the maximum burning temperature and the contents of mainstream smoke were studied. Furthermore, the thermal behaviors of cut tobacco stem were also explored. The results show that adding potassium salts can significant reduce of maximum burning temperature and the release of tar and particles of mainstream, which decreased 27%, 66.1% and 71.7% respectively. The SEM morphology showed that the most burning process happed only in the surface of cut tobacco stem, and the Tm2 exothermic peaks were increased from 555 ℃-568 ℃.
