摘要
全球制造是当今制造业的必然发展趋势。根据企业自身特点及所处的环境 ,常用的 4种全球制造策略是要素输入策略、进入市场策略、混合策略及“轮毂轮辐”策略 ,而全球制造的构建策略和协调策略是成功实施全球制造的基础。
Global Manufacturing Strategy (GMS) is of the inevitable outcome of today's manufacturing. According to the features of the enterprise itself and the environments which the enterprise is under, following four GMS is commonly used: factor-input strategy, market-access strategy, hybird strategy and hub-and-spoke strategy. In order to successfully carry out the Global Manufacturing, the configuration and co-ordination strategy are for the foundation.
