肝淀粉样变1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，58岁，因“腹胀、食欲减退伴消瘦半年”于2013年11月8日入院。患者近半年来出现腹胀、食欲减退伴消瘦，体重减轻约15 kg，无发热、腹痛、呕血、黑便等。曾在当地医院行超声检查提示肝大，实验室检查提示肝功能轻度异常、肾功能不全，肝炎病毒标志物均阴性。未能明确诊断，到北京军区总医院进一步诊治。体格检查：体型消瘦，皮肤巩膜无黄染。心肺查体无异常，肝肋下7 cm可触及，质地硬，有触痛，脾未触及，移动性浊音阳性。双侧足背轻度浮肿。既往无肝炎病史、长期饮酒史、特殊用药史。
